Horizontal flow: the air flow flowing through the work area under the action of the air supply fan is initially filtered by the primary effect filter, then sucked by the fan to the high efficiency filter for secondary filtration, and then enters the work area to form a clean air flow in the work area. Clean air flows through the working area with a certain cross-sectional wind speed, thus forming a high clean working environment.

The clean laminar flow car is composed of chassis, high efficiency filter, variable air volume fan unit, rechargeable power box, electric lifting mechanism and other major components. The chassis is made of mirror surface fingerprint free stainless steel SUS304, and the sheet metal is made by bending, which is beautiful, clean and easy to clean and disinfect.
The clean laminar flow vehicle adopts a fan system with adjustable air volume. By adjusting the working condition of the fan, the average wind speed in the clean working area can be maintained within the rated range (0.45m/s). Under the condition of maintaining the cleanliness and positive pressure of the working area, the service life of the main components of the mobile vehicle, the high efficiency air filter, is effectively extended.
Turn on the power switch. After the LED on the control panel is on, the equipment enters the power on state. The LED on the upper left of the controller is on. At this time, the equipment can be operated.
Set the wind speed: when the fan is not started, press and hold the set key for 3-5 seconds, then the wind speed will be displayed on the nixie tube, and then press the up and down keys to adjust the wind speed. After the adjustment, just do not press any key.
Setting voltage: when the fan is started, when the digital tube displays the gear, press and hold the setting key and the current gear voltage is displayed on the digital tube, and then press the up and down keys (at this time, press and hold the setting key) to adjust the voltage. After adjustment, you can return to the previous gear without pressing any key (generally from gear 3).
