The pass box is mainly used between the clean area and the clean area, and between the non clean area and the clean area. It is mainly used to transfer small items, so as to reduce the number of opening doors in the clean room and reduce the pollution in the clean area. Therefore, it can be seen in some places that need air purification.
Classification of transfer windows
Pass boxes can be divided into electronic chain pass boxes, mechanical chain pass boxes and self purification transfer windows. According to the working principle, it can be divided into two types: air shower transfer window and ordinary transfer window. The inside of the transfer window is interlocked mechanically. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened. Therefore, the other door can be opened only after the other door is closed. In addition to this method, interlocking can also be realized by using integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, indicator lights, etc.
Installation of pass box
It is necessary to select a convenient position on the wall first, and then open a hole, which is about 10mm larger than the diameter of the pass boxes. After opening the hole, put the pass box into the wall, which is generally installed in the middle of the wall. After the balance is fixed, the gap between the pass box and the wall is decorated with rounded corners or other decorative strips, and then sealed and decorated with glue.
How to select a pass box?
If you want to choose a delivery window with good cost performance, you should pay attention to the following points:
1. All stainless steel structure, stainless steel plate surface smooth, beautiful appearance, long service life;
2. Both sides are equipped with mechanical interlocking or electronic interlocking devices, so that the doors on both sides cannot be opened at the same time;
3. The pass box is equipped with a special sealing strip to ensure air tightness;
4. Lighting lamps and sterilization lamps can be added according to different uses of customers.
Use of pass box
The pass box shall be managed according to the cleanliness level of the higher-level clean area connected to it. For example, the pass boxes connected between the inkjet printing room and the filling room shall be managed according to the requirements of the filling room. After work, the clean area operator is responsible for wiping the internal surfaces of the pass box and turning on the UV sterilization lamp for 30 minutes.
1. Materials entering and leaving the clean area must be strictly separated from the pedestrian channel, and enter and leave the production workshop through the special channel for materials.
2. When materials enter the workshop, the process leader of the preparation team shall organize personnel to unpack or clean the surface of raw and auxiliary materials, and then send them to the temporary storage room of raw and auxiliary materials in the workshop through the transfer window; The inner packaging materials are removed from the outer temporary storage room and sent to the inner packaging room through the pass box. The workshop general staff shall handle material handover with the person in charge of preparation and inner packaging procedures.
3. When passing through the pass box, the regulations of "one opening and one closing" for the inner and outer doors of the pass box must be strictly implemented, and the two doors cannot be opened at the same time. After opening the outer door to put the materials in, close the door first, then open the inner door to take out the materials, close the door, and so on.
4. When the materials in the clean area are sent out, the materials shall be transported to the relevant intermediate material station first, and then moved out of the clean area according to the reverse procedure when the materials enter.
5. All semi-finished products transported from the clean area shall be transported from the pass box to the external temporary storage room, and then transferred to the external packaging room through the logistics channel.
6. Materials and wastes that are easy to cause pollution shall be transported from their special pass boxes to the non clean area.
7. After the materials are transported in and out, the site of each cleaning room or intermediate station and the sanitation of the pass box shall be cleaned in time, the internal and external access doors of the pass box shall be closed, and the cleaning and disinfection work shall be done well.
